I just released the first version of Millisecond, a gtk app based on rtcqs.
If you run Linux and struggle to use small buffers without xruns, this may help you.
It provides system diagnostics and offers tips to improve low latency performance for audio production, with links to detailed documentation from linuxaudio wiki.
You can check it out on github, and install the latest deb or flatpak release from there.
If you encounter any problem, please open an issue.
I’m also very eager for feedback, I know many people here have a lot of experience with this. The longer term goal is to make it easier for non technical users by optimizing the system directly from the app whenever possible.
