and I found a tool what helps me to get the problem
solved it is called Millisecond

Hi, I just released the first version of Millisecond, a gtk app based on rtcqs. If you run Linux and struggle to use small buffers without xruns, this may help you. It provides system diagnostics and offers tips to improve low latency performance for audio production, with links to detailed documentation from linuxaudio wiki.
