Not sure if this is expected behavior
I noticed does not work all the time
I figured out a way to generate.
Ctrl+I opens Ardour Import Window
-If you click mouse in “Editor Mixer” side bar blank effect chain space and hit Ctrl+I it works
-If you click in Editor Track boxes blank space under Ctrl+I works
-If you click in Editor grid blank space then Ctrl+I does not work
after you do this
-If you click in Editor Track boxes blank space under Ctrl+I then DOES NOT work
-If you click mouse in “Editor Mixer” side bar blank effect chain space and hit Ctrl+I then this hotkey works again
Not sure if anyone can confirm this or verify that this is expected behavior?

Not the same issue, but similar to a hotkey sometimes working and sometimes not.
