Good suggestions… in fact it made me realise that I can in fact access this from the popup menu if I select the region’s name (i.e. topmost entry).

Aaaaa…! Got it! It depends on a color theme! Try “xcolors”.
One of our stipulations for theme acceptance is that someone (preferably the theme developer) will maintain it. We sometimes do work on all themes at once in order to avoid needing N different people to make a change. In this case, Xcolors needs updating, and that will need someone “else” to take care of it.

I use xcolors too, and it also works. Now in rc5:
(in rc3 it was also working, just coloured in red. I guess “somebody” updated it)
That’s really weird… I’ll try to remove preferences folder and we’ll see…

Yes, all themes were checked and updated if the transport option button: fill active colors were incorrect. This happened just before rc4 was released.
