Sorry for not getting back to you for like a month and a half. O_____O
But I finally just released a more ‘polished’ version now (-although there are always bugs…):
→ And it includes combined/compound region handling*!
(*with hopefully minimal errors.)
Test it out and let me know if you encounter any bugs. 
[ EDIT: In your case specifically I recommend only downloading the most up-to-date, non-release version, because I just found and solved 2 combined-region-handling bugs today already, haha… O___o ]
