ARA support has/is being looked into, but is not on the current plans for the next version of Ardour no. Sorry. See What's coming in Ardour 9.0 - #74 by x42

Thanks. I hadn’t seen the posts regarding the matter. It’s a pitty, the plugin seems a fantastic tool for saving that boring, time-consuming, editing tasks. Hope the ARA support comes in future versions.
