Xjadeo indexing every time

Hi!

I have a film project with 93 minutes of video. I opened an external avi video without transcoding into Ardour.
Everything works fine except one thing: Every time I re-open the project, xjadeo indexes the video file again which takes a long time. Is there something I can do or is this a bug?

For a video where not every frame is a keyframe, xjadeo will index the video to facilitate fast locates to any given frame.

I understand that importing with mjpeg makes the problem go away.

But xjadeo is indexing every time I hide the video monitor with alt-v and show it again with alt-v.
Isn’t it possible to store the index for a video once added?
Additionally this should prevent indexing when reopening the Ardour project.

For a whole movie indexing takes a few minutes.
