X42 Autotune help ... please

I watched Unfa’s explanation on X42 Autotune but I am still a bit lost. I know this may sound like a dumb question to many of you, but please have mercy. I get a Vocal track open, I open a Midi track and get X42 open. I can get the Vocal to show in X42. I can get the Midi keyboard to show through X42, but, how do I get the Vocal to link through so I can adjust notes with the Midi keyboard and have them procesed through X42 to make the vocal adjustment. I am a lousy singer and I need all the help I can get. I beg your indulgence.

This is also the first question I have ever posted so I hope I have it right.

That should be explained at 21:42 in Unfa’s video, from what I understand.

You put the Autotune on the vocal track and then sidechain the midi track into the plugin.
