Guess this is going to be an “out of luck” kind of thing but need to start using it again and my new laptop is a Lenovo running Windows 11 (not by choice) with an ARM Proc…

Does Windows 11 (ARM) support legacy apps? If so, it might support Ardour.
There are already official Linux ARM builds, and for macOS M1 ARM versions in beta.
It will likely be relatively easy to create windows ARM builds in the future
