Why does Ardour automatically normalize export?

I realize that anytime I export an OGG file, it automatically normalize my audio file. But I don’t need a normalized result
Is it possible to disable this option?

Yes, you can disable it, just change the ogg/theora export preset. In the export dialog: Format > Edit.
