Warning message Xjadeo

Just a quick question on a warning message in the Ardour log, which confuses me a bit:
2023-05-13T14:59:19 [WARNING]: Video-monitor 'xjadeo' is too old. Please install xjadeo version 0.7.7 or later. http://xjadeo.sf.net/
Entering xjadeo -V output tells me, I have version 0.8.10 installed:

xjadeo version 0.8.10

 compiled with: AVFORMAT=0x3a4c64 AVCODEC=0x3a8664 AVUTIL:0x384664
 configuration: [ LTC JACK-SESSION POSIX-MQueue OSC ]
 MTC/MIDI: [ jack-midi alsa-sequencer portmidi alsa-raw ]
 Display(s): [ openGL Xv SDL X11/imlib2(RGBA32) ]

What am I missing?

EDIT: Setting the path to xjadeo in the preferences fixes it. Is /usr/bin/xjadeo not the default path?

Ardour remote controls Xjadeo by calling xjremote which should be in $PATH, usually /usr/bin/xjremote
