Viewing session Sample Rates

Hello,
Other than the session setup dialog, which shows sample rate of Recent Sessions, is there another way to view sample rates of sessions? For example, if a session is not in the Recent Sessions box, can I check the sample rate some other way before opening the session in Ardour?

Most direct way is to simply ask the file itself:
grep sample-rate= Session.ardour

grep --include=\*.ardour -rnw /thedirectoryyourprojectsarein -e sample-rate
