Hi folks,

I just made this video tutorial to show how I’m using my Elgato Stream Deck with Ardour (on Linux) by combining the powerful extensibility offered by LUA scripting and the support of OSC.

I’m not particularly into making tutorials but I thought this one could inspire others to improve their workflow (with or without a Stream Deck) by taking full advantage of Ardour’s possibilities.

It goes through the following:

  • use of various (custom) Action Scripts
  • handling transport
  • how it’s all setup

Video is 14 minutes long and you’ll have to bear with my French accent :wink:

Now back to making music …
