Hello. Is there a way to get this controller keyboard fully working in the latest Ardour (8.6.0)? It’s not in the list but selecting Mackie as a Control Surface gets some things working, but not all buttons. Or do I just need to give up and buy something that’s in the Control Surfaces list? Many thanks.
Sounds like Arturia adopted part of the Mackie Control Protocol to determine what the controllers send, but not all of it. If it was a full Mackie Control device we could make it just work. If it’s a weird hybrid, that will be hard to do.
Thanks for your reply, Paul. I think I will probably just look at using other gear instead, as I’m not particularly liking the keybed on this controller.
