is there anywhere a function, to un-solo all tracks who are solo switched?
Or un-mute all tracks who are currently mutet?
You can click the “rude solo” button. Pressing the solo indicator in the main toolbar or the solo indicator in the monitor-section resets all solo state.
Another way is to use the “all” modifier (Ctrl+Shift on Linux/Windows, Cmd+Shift on macOS). So Ctrl+Shift + left-mouse-click on a muted track unmutes all (and vice versa). Same for Solo.
