Transport State Change

I’m using ardour on a aarch64 machine (raspberry pi 5), and I’m running in an error:

Session: cannot have two events of type TransportStateChange at the same sample (2856526).

I wouldn’t have opened the log if things were smooth but the playback was lacking, and so I did.
Why would there be two Transport messages at once. It does seem like a bug.

I’m using an old version,

Ardour 8.4.0~ds1
"Music for the Marble Palace"
(rev 8.4.0~ds1-2ubuntu8)
ARM 64-bit (aarch64)

but it was running smoothly during the last session, even with a full load of plugins:

If you need any other info I’d be happy to supply

You can ignore this error, it is not causing you any issues.

You should upgrade Ardour. 9.8 was just released yesterday.
