Ardour has suddenly stopped automatically moving the track view to follow playback. I have ZERO idea of what I might have done. I haven’t intentionally done anything to do this. The only thing I did between when this worked and when it didn’t was create a layered-region track and move a couple of regions into it. This can’t possibly have anything to do with automatically moving the track view ahead during playback, can it?
After posting the above, I noticed my version of Ardour was a bit behind. I updated from 3.0.rc3 to 3.5.100, as well as made sure JACK and qjackctl were updated. Nice improvements to Ardour, but the view is still not tracking playback.
