Tone3000 plugin don't work with ardour

hello,
Tone3000 has just released a plugin that will probably make noise among guitarists.
It also works perfectly under linux.

I just tested it. It works very well in standalone, lv2 and vst3 with reaper… and it does not work with ardour 9.8. I’m very sad…
I’m with a debian KDE and with jack (without pipewire)
What do you think?

Logs from Ardour? Perhaps the plugin does not support variable block size, that was a common problem in the recent past.

Works for me in Ardour 9.7.4 (rev 9.7-4-ga80122fcd8) on LMDE7 / Debian 13

In general it you cannot mix gtk versions in the same memory space (here: gtk3 + gtk-webkit plugin loaded in gtk2 host). So I am surprised that it works, but ut depends on your distro and how Ardour is built.

Oh! i’m very surprised.
I’ll put the error logs soon but as @chris said, it seems like a “block size” problem… among other issues.
So in the meantime I use it in standalone, which I connect to ardour, but if the problem could be solved, I think it would be good because I think it is a software that will be very used by the guitarists soon.

Ardour 9.7.4 is self builded, but it works too in Ardour 8.12.0~ds from trixie

You can also use GitHub - brummer10/NeuralRack: NeuralRack is a Neural Model and Impulse Response File loader for Linux/Windows. · GitHub with NAM A2 impulses.
Sure, the interface doesn’t look as nice as Tone3000 but it does the job.

I think the point of interest is the ability to browse and download models directly from the Tone3000 repository, more than the interface.

NeuralBlender already do this.
