I’m having a slight problem when exporting our of ardour. My export file is slightly sped up, and a slightly higher tone, than my initial recording. Any ideas on why this may be happening?

you probably recorded at a lower sample rate and exported to a higher one? or maybe imported a lot of stuff at a lower sample rate?
As joe mentioend, this is very likely entirely an issue of you not using the same sample rate as when you started.
