Hi,

Here’s my latest Ardour production of “The Incontinentals” performing one of their favourite tunes from their live shows “Daydream Believer” originally by The Monkees. This was recorded, mixed and mastered in Ardour 5.12 and the video was edited in Cinelerra-GG, the OS was AV Linux 2019…

Wonderful :slight_smile: Takes me back to the days when melodies were strong. Most modern music just makes go blah… But 60’s, 70’s, 80’s music brings a smile on my face :slight_smile:

I’m not sure if good melodies are harder to come by these days or whether there is just SO much music out there now that every possible melodic combo has been used already, in any case these guys are a lot of fun to work with and although the song itself is kinda manufactured candy floss Bill’s intro at the beginning puts it into perspective, we should indeed enjoy our time while we have it!
