Just a quick tip for anyone wondering “where are the Ardour templates in OS X?” … you can find them at
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/Ardour4/templates
(using latest version OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 and Ardour 4.7.13) … and obviously replace “username” with your … user name
