Subscription not working?

So I subscribed so I could record without interruption, however I still get the message telling me to buy or subscribe. I’ve uninstalled and re installed to no avail. what do I do?

After subscribing, have you downloaded the full version and installed it?

Perhaps, you downloaded the full version, but your browser renamed the download (e.g. by adding a “.1” on the end of the filename). You then reinstalled the free/demo version, thinking you were installing the full version?

where would I find the full version? If i was supposed to receive or find a new link I haven’t found it.
