Strange markers while recording

I’m recording some voice over with Ardour 3.5.403 on my OpenSuse 13.2 Linux box, and some markers a showing without any intervention while recording…
It’s messing up my workflow.

I’ve got a usb control surface “Korg nanoKONTROL2” hooked to my box for the transport, marker settings and recording line control and I use a “Fast track pro” as audio interface
But it look like the problem come from else where.

Do these say XRUN# where # is a number?

If there yellow then they are x-runs. increase your buffer settings and make sure you are using the performance governer.

x-runs during recording are bad.
