SOLVED: Sorry guys , it was input i switch it to output and now mixer moves.

Possibly I made a silly action on Ardour and no motion in mixer but MIDI plays.
i guess because of this despite of i connect the MIDI output to VMPK, no action in VMPK .
Would you give a hand please? Thanks in advance.
