seq24 sending MIDI control data

Hi all,

Is it possible to manually set the channel for MIDI control data on a plugin? I know ctrl middle click lets you assign a MIDI controller by just playing with the knob (tested and workng with external MIDI controller), but I am trying to send the data from seq24 and and ctrl middle click + creating/editing conrol data in seq24 doesn’t register anything in ardour.

Hi all,

I have just used midi tracer in ardour3 and the controller value is definately coming through. But only on playback. The Note on/off comes through if I press the piano roll, but not upon note entry, nor does any controller value come though if I edit the controller value, which is why I can’t use the ctrl middle click option to learn the MIDI Controller from Seq24. I don’t think there is a way to edit this in seq24 which is why I’m hoping for a manually setting option in Ardour.
