Sending MIDI Out from one Instrument to Others

I just need to send the midi channels out from one virtual instrument on a track to virtual instruments on other tracks, same routing as in the free Kushview Element plugin pic :

Well the routing grid does that I think.

The midi out routing of your source midi is below the volume fader of its mixing strip.

Right click on it and the route it to the desired midi track/bus.
