Segmentation fault on startup

So I recently installed Solus Linux Plasma Edition, and my Ardour won’t start. No activity whatsoever. When I try to run it from the terminal, I get the following output:

Segmentation fault

I have no idea what is causing this segmentation fault. If it matters, I am on an Acer Nitro 5 with an 8th gen Core i7, 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a 6 GB GTX 1060.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time and effort.

One common source of this sort of early crash is the presence of the csladspa plugin on your system.

You are also using a version of Ardour provided by your Linux distribution, which we unfortunately cannot and do not support.

You may want to try out the free/demo version from http://ardour.org/download and see if it has the same problem. It can be installed in parallel with the one from your distro.
