Scrolling mouse zoom smoothness

Hi there!

Is there any option to change mouse scrolling smoothness?
When I press Cntrl and scroll mouse weel, the time line zooming in Ardour stepping twitches.

There are no such options. What version of Ardour are you using, and on what platform?

Ardour 4.7 in KXStudio 14.04.

To make smooth zooming I use summary panel at the bottom of session window. But in main window one minimum degree (segmentation) of mouse rolling (+Ctrl) induces a jump of zooming. The same situation with shifting view (Shift+scroll mouse). Some times difficult to find necessary point in audio or midi events.
