Hello,

Does anyone know how can I increase the size of the piano notes on the left side? I’ve already increase the Ardour’s scale to max.

Simply push the edges of the red slider together.

If you’re referring to the width of the keys it currently doesn’t follow UI scaling (height does, and is capped by the maximum note height setting and the hard-coded 12 note minimum interval).
