Sampler with a tunable bandpass filter

I would like to pass a sampled unpitched percussion sound (which should be triggered by any note) through a bandpass filter controlled by midi pitch.

I can’t seem to find any tools for that. There are bandpass LV2 filters but they don’t seem to be controllable by midi pitch.

Is SFZ the way to go? If so how?
