Room correction plugin processor pre or post monitor

When using the monitor channel, should I put my plugin at the top above the blue monitor bar or at the bottom.

tl;dr; it does not matter.

Room correction is basically an EQ. It is a LTI (Linear Time Invariant) system, and hence the signal level does no mater. The result is the same if you add gain before or after the plugin. The operation is commutative.
