How can I restrict the stereo base width in a stereo channel or bus?
Right click the panner on the mixer strip, and select ‘stereo panner’ or whatever the second/middle option is called. I am not at a computer to verify. You can the adjust the width of the stereo signal easily with that.

Perhaps the OP means “stereo bass width” and is looking for a way to make sure specifically the low frequencies are mono as a precursor to cutting vinyl.
Possibly, but also could be a german “stereobasis” to english “stereo base width” translation, which seems likely as well.
