Reload MIDI region from corrisponding imported file

Hello,

after importing a .mid file into a MIDI region, is there a way to easily reload the region from the file?

This would allow using external MIDI editors (such as score editors) more easily.

There is not.

Ardour will have copied the MIDI file into the session folder, and that copy should be considered off-limits to tinkering anyway. If you edit the “original” in some other application, you need to import the result.
