hi.
I have started to use ratatoille plugin for nam’s. I have loaded and configured perfectly and save it as guitar template for to use later when i want to play.
when i start ardour again, i saw that no configuration is working. i can see ratatoille and its configurations are present and seems everything is ok but somehow nam and impulse configs are not running and i hear plain guitar sound. only if i remove ratatoille and add new one, it start working. this is not good since i need to make all configurations all over again.
any suggestion?

Yes, I suggest open an issue at the Ratatouille GitHub repo. If you can provide a small example Ardour project that shows the issue, all the better.
A workaround is to just switch to some other nam and impulse and then switch back.
But yeah, the issue should be reported to the developer.

I’ve found that Ardour send the restore state call a bit to early for Ratatouille, so the files didn’t get loaded. I’ve pushed a fix therefore to Ratatouille to ensure it is ready before the state restore. Checkout Latest revision from the repository and let me know if it is solved for you as well.
That fix works for me in Ardour 8.11, at least.
