Why is it, that I can’t select 96KHz Sample-Rate in Ardour 2.5, though my Audio-Hardware (RME HDSP Multiface I / PCI-Card) supports it ???
What am I doing wrong ???

use hdspconf to set the sample rate. Then start jackd at the same sample rate.
