problems with bug tracker

Hello everyone,

I am trying to report a bug on the Ardour bug tracker, but I always get an error message that prevents me from submitting the report. I am a new user of the bug tracker and I am not sure if I am missing a step or if there is a restriction for new accounts.

Has anyone experienced this issue before, or could someone explain how to properly submit a bug report as a new user?

There is a decade old bug in Mantis (the bug tracker) that when reporting takes more than 5mins an Internal Application Error is triggered… :frowning:

I suggest to write down the report in a text editor, and then copy/paste it there.
