Problem by installing Ardour Upgrade 6.5 and 6.6

Hello user,
after reinstalling Ubuntu-Studio (today)it is not possible to upgrade to Ardour 6.5 or 6.6.
An error message “Not a valid UFT-8” ist displayed when I open the upgrade.
There were no problems with the first installation of Ardour 6.5 and 6.6(14 days ago).
How can I solve the problem?

Did you follow the install instructions?

sh ~/Downloads/Ardour-6.6.0-x86_64-gcc5.run
