It doesn’t hurt to try 
. I know I had some problems in the past with this kind of plugins…whenever i moved regions - corrections would go out if sync. So, most of the times i’d correct things i want right away in one pass and render it to a new track (this wasn’t always fast&easy - especially when it comes to “dirty” styles of vocals).
Then i’d keep original (muted), and the corrected one until the end of the project. Always keep the original.

Hah, absolutely, and when one of my vocal recordings has “problem areas” that don’t start at 0:00 and end at the “End” marker I’ll have to give that a try.
