Piano Roll Edit Tool doesn't respect snap alignment

Hello.
Don’t know if it’s bug or something but when I try to decrease or increase note length with piano roll edit tool it works unexpected. Expected behavior is as we see length indicator snapping to 2 beats we get 2 beats note on mouse button release. But now note length changes to exact point of mouse cursor position. Main Edit window tools (without opening Piano Roll) behave as expected. Here’s a video to understand.

Yeah, weird…

When drawing notes initially everything seems to snap fine.
But then changing the note length after the fact does not snap properly.

I’d imagine @paul will take a look at this later today, so stand by.

UPD: Resetting settings to default doesn’t solve problem + still reproducable in 9.2
