Payment not registered


Last week on 3 sep, I payed 45,- to download version 6 and future updates. At that moment I was able to download Ardour6. But when I login now, this payment is not registered I have to pay again to download Ardour6. It says my last payment was 27 weeks ago (this was when I payed 5,- for Ardour5 to give it a try). Can someone fix my account, so I can download Ardour6 again (and future updates)?
