I have a Novation LaunchControl XL and it works fine with Ardour with the built in integration.

I have one issue and I do not know if this is hardware or software issue.

The novation has a two rows of LEDS at the bottoms, and the on/off state is really hard to tell apart.

For example, in mute mode, if the track is muted, it is yellow, and if the track is not muted, it is slightly less bright yellow, but it is really hard to tell the difference.

Is it possible to have a higher contrast? (ardour 6.7 on linux)
