Not length when editing Pitch or Velocity

If I edit a single note and change the velocity or pitch, and then click OK, that note extends to the end of the region. Is this a bug or how can I prevent it? Ardor 8.2.0 on MacOS 14.4.1

What tool/workflow are you using to edit the velocity or pitch? MIDI Transform dialog?

Mouse right click “Edit”
