No end markers in v. 8.7

hello

just installed v. 8.7. thanks team for all your work!

but… i’m not seeing an end marker in my sessions any longer. i can determine the start and end points of the session with the range tool. when i call up the range ruler i get a start marker, but no end marker. when i hit end on my keyboard the session cursor does indeed go to the correct end of the session. but i would like to be able to see a marker for this (as in previous versions).

am i missing something or is this a bug?

Make sure that “Range Markers” is ticked in the “View → Rulers” menu.

I have the same issue, but only with a few old projects. In my case, both start and end markers are invisible. Disabling and enabling the rulers do not work in my case.

i opened the same session today that i tried to open yesterday (where start and end markers weren’t appearing) and now the start and end markers are there. perhaps try restarting your computer after the new install and also make sure, as mentioned above, that “range markers” is checked in the view → rulers" menu.
