No Audio Monitoring Output

Hello,

I recently installed Ardour 2.5(Ubuntu 8.10), using Jack with Qjackctl and MAudio Fast Track Pro as my main sound device.
So far I have been able to record audio fine into Ardour, but simply cannot figure out how to route the audio correctly to get audio monitoring in Ardour. If I can find a way to upload an image, I could provide the current Qjackctl connections.

Maybe it would help if you would describe exactly what you want the monitoring to do? Also post the current Monitoring selection in Ardour please?
