Having set one of the clocks to display the sample number, it seems I can only move regions in increments of 25 samples at a time, no matter how zoomed in I am. I need to be able to move regions in smaller increments to correct for phase differences, I even have LSP Phase Detector telling me how far out the phase is, yet I can’t properly correct for it.

This happens when the default Session time domain is set to “Music time”, min distance is then “one tick” (1/1920 of a beat a the current BPM).
Ardour Menu Session > Properties > Misc …
Change it to “Audio (wallclock) time”.

Ah thank you so much!
You also can use LSP Delay Compensator to add sample-precise delay to the track to compensate the phase difference.

Yessss i’ve used this on a few tracks for exactly this reason (and dc-flip one channel on delay/reverb trails, makes them sound much fuller)
