Currently I’m running the 2.0-ongoing version of Ardour. Every so often a newly recorded region will get stuck below an old take. There doesn’t seem to be any way to bring the new take up to the top to be played without removing the old, while keeping old takes may not seem worth while, I want to. The context menu option “Raise to top layer” and “Lower to bottom layer” used to work but seems non-functional now. How can I go about solving this problem? Am I missing something?
The 2.1 release also has this problem as I previously experienced this before I moved to 2.0-ongoing.
