As the title says, can I move a region left/right in a track (by grid) with shortcuts?

Look for the NUDGE command.

How much you nudge is set on the nudge clock, which you can right click on to change units to Bars|Beats. You can then bind these commands (Nudge forward/backward) to keyboard commands using the keybinding editor.

Thanks for the heads up.

EDIT: It works, although setting the bars/beats to nudge by was an adventure. Still, it works.
