When editing MIDI in percussive mode, the velocity lollipops do not align.
This affects Ardour and Mixbus.

@x42 I could not log into tracker, but try the keyboard specific scroll and zoom to get lollipops to misalign on percussive mode. Maybe I misunderstood what scroomer meant.
That is the scroll and zoom area to pick which note range is visible on the left side of each MIDI track:
Do you mean “+” and “-” to zoom the canvas, or shift+ ? Those work fine here.
Which keyboard shortcuts do you refer to, and which edit mode to you use (internal edit)?
I was grabbing the red handles and expanding / contracting. No keyboard shortcuts used. It looked like in the video you were adjusting the track height. I will have to check what mode i was in. Likley edit or grab.

Interesting… maybe some more expansion on the zoom would show the movement on lollipops?

Are you on Mac or Linux with X11 or Wayland ?
I am on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS likley with Wayland…I have not checked in console yet but I believe it is default.
I’m running debian GNU/Linux with Xorg, but for the case at hand that should make no difference. The code in question is platform independent.
Please do. Likely I’m missing some edge-case. It would be helpful if you have a recipe how to reproduce the issue from scratch, or can provide an affected session.

How large is the session-archive? Can you attach it to 0009764: When in MIDI Percussive view, adjusting heigth of scroomer causes lollipops to slide. - MantisBT ?
Uploaded to tracker 9764. You should be able to open, grab and scroom on upper handle to see movement.
This also happens on Win10, and with Xorg as well as Wayland on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
