I just bought myself a high quality midi controller. I noticed that when turning two knobs or moving two faders quickly, Ardour seems not to manage to set the mapped values accordingly. I’ts like it does lose connection of the cc movement and stays at an early stage of the movement. Is this caused by ardour? What can i do to get a better performance when using midi ccs ?

Yes this is caused by ardour, but its not a bug but an option 
Check the smoothing value, and put it at 127
in Ardour > edit > preferences > control surfaces > generic midi > show protocol settings > smoothing,
