Not quite my mug of latte but someone has to do it. Their first demo and my son plays bass on it. The gear was mostly from the bargain bin: M-Audio 1010LT, Samson Qkick, Qsnare, Akg D5s on toms and so on. No click, no samples.

Hi,

Good job, I’m also not a metal connossieur but to me the production sounds pretty good on this, many things that are often obscured on metal recordings (ie bass, vocals) are clearly audible in this recording. I also engineer and produce recordings for my son’s band so I can relate :).
